Antes de empezar con mi reseña quiero agradecer a Mandy por haber
organizado este blog tour y sobre todo a Lila Felix por escribir asombrosos libros.
Remi Harris tiene un plan. Graduarse de la secundaria, ir a
la universidad, volverse una profesora de historia, ser autosuficiente y no
como su madre que está sufriendo al ser una madre soltera. Y la palabra ‘chico’
no tiene espacio en ese plan.
Cooper Neal ha sido enviado a la casa de su extraño padre
para pasar su último año conociéndolo. Y tal vez, sólo tal vez, habrá algunas chicas lindas en la pequeña ciudad.
Cooper ve a Remi y él se enamora. Remi ve Cooper y se pregunta si ella puede hacer ambas cosas. La pregunta es: ¿Arruinará él sus planes, o le dejará ser parte de ellos?

¿Alguna vez han tenido un amigo o amiga que siempre que viene te pone de buen humor? Bueno creo que ese es el caso de Perchance.
El libro narra la historia de Remi y Cooper, dos jóvenes a los que por circunstancias del destino, son enviados a vivir a un lugar desconocido con una persona desconocida. Sin embargo, las circunstancias son diferentes. Mientras que Cooper considera esto como un tipo de castigo, Remi lo ve como una salida para alejarse de los problemas que siempre rodean a su madre. Camino a su destino, Remi conoce a Edith, una ancianita que se volverá pieza clave de la historia.
Obviamente en un pueblo tan pequeño es imposible no conocerse y cuando Remi y Cooper lo hacen, la atracción es inmediata pero ellos no apresuran las cosas. Eso es algo que me encantó del libro, la forma como a pesar que saben la atracción que existe deciden primero hacerse amigos y ganarse la confianza del otro para recién estar juntos. También que en esta historia no existen terceras personas, todos los problemas que suceden son a causa de las inseguridades personales y cómo capítulo a capítulo, tratan de superarlas.
Otra cosa que me encantó fue: COOPER. Sí, está en mayúsculas. Si hubiera un chico así en mi universidad (cruza los dedos) creo que sería imposible resistirse. Y lo digo porque las cosas que hace por Remi a pesar que son las más simples son perfectas. Como lo dije una vez, Cooper podría ser la encarnación de Prince Charming sin llegar al punto de ser tan dulce que te puedas hostigar.

Yo lo recomiendo al 100%. Lufi puede ser testigo de esto cuando digo que cada vez que le hablaba del libro irradiaba alegría. Aunque Lila sea una nueva autora, sus libros están muy bien escritos, te llegan al corazón y te hacen creer que aunque las cosas puedan ir mal siempre vas a tener a alguien que te ayudará a superarlo.

Have you ever had a friend who always comes puts you in a good mood? Well I think that's the case of Perchance.
The book tells the story of Remi and Cooper, two young people who for reasons of fate, are sent to live in a strange place with a stranger. However, the circumstances are different. While Cooper sees this as a form of punishment, Remi sees it as an outlet to get away from the problems that always surround his mother. Way to their destination, Remi meets Edith, an old lady who will become a key part of the story.
Obviously in a town so small it's impossible not know each other and when they do, the attraction is immediate but they do not rush things. That's something that I loved, despite how they know the attraction exists, decide first to become friends and gain the trust of the other to just be together. Also in this story there are no third parties, all the problems that occur are because of personal insecurities and how chapter to try to overcome them.
Another thing I loved was: COOPER. Yes, is capitalized. If I had a boy like that at college *cross fingers* I think it would be impossible to resist. I say this because the things he does for Remi though are the simplest, are PERFECT. As I said once, Cooper could be the embodiment of Prince Charming not to the point of being so sweet you could run away.
I recommend it 100%. Lufi can witness this when I say that every time I talked about the book spread joy. While Lila is a new author, her books are very well written, touch your heart and make you believe that even though things may go wrong you will always have someone to help you overcome it.
