A lie for a lie es una historia de romance que se basa en las segundas oportunidades. Pero a diferencia de otras novelas de New Adult, la autora te presenta dos personajes que se merecen una historia feliz. Ambos personajes son totalmente buenos y de alguna forma el destino los ha hecho coincidir en un lugar y un momento perfecto para que ambos se conozcan. Pero esas pequeñas mentiras que a veces uno urde sin querer hacer mal a nadie, pueden lograr que ambos se separen y cuando se vuelvan a reencontrar un año después es posible que no se reconozcan.
